At the annual meeting for the Association of the United States Army in Washington, Major General William Hix announced his predictions for World War III, which he feels is looming. Army Chief of Staff General Mark A. Milley feels that a war between two powerful countries (presumably Russia and the United States) is ‘almost guaranteed’.

Hix predicts that Russia, China, or climate change are the three major threats that may soon lead to WWIII.

“A conventional conflict in the near future will be extremely lethal and fast, and we will not own the stopwatch.

“The speed of events are likely to strain our human abilities.”
