If You See A Couple Posting About Their Relationship On Social Media, They're Probably Not Happy

Research has now revealed that couples who don’t use social media to post about their relationships tend to be much, much happier together than those who do.

These days, some people seem to care more about their Facebook relationship status than their actual relationship, and now studies show that these people are likely frustrated or unhappy in their relationship.

These people feel the need to post about how great their relationship is to validate it – it’s almost a delusion of sorts. If the rest of the world on social media thinks you’re doing fine – you must be doing fine, right?

Wrong.

Those who are happy with their relationship don’t feel the need to post about it on Facebook constantly, and simply don’t have time either. They’re busy living in the now, spending time with each other, and making each other happy – rather than needing the support of social media to do it for them.

Other people choose to post about their relationship issues online – and the study has shown that there is absolutely nothing to gain from this, except entertainment if you’re the one reading them.

Nobody should feel the need to prove how happy they are in their relationship – and if they do, it’s probably because they’re not actually happy with it.

So, if you love your partner, stop telling the world on social media, and start telling them!
