Christina Summitt was working as a waitress at a Holiday Inn. She got chatting with a customer and the conversation soon turned to her paw-print tattoo. Later on, Christina was shocked to see that the customer had given her an incredible tip!
Back in 2014, Christina Summit was working three separate jobs, including waitressing at a Holiday Inn. She owns two dogs, Mona and Tucker, and loves them both dearly.
In fact, she loves her dogs so much that she even get a paw-print tattoo on her arm.
One night, while waitressing, Christina got talking to one of her customers. The guy had noticed her tattoo and asked about its significance.
She told him about her pets, also revealing that her dog Tucker was currently suffering from some major health issues and needed a $3,000 operation. He’d swallowed one of his toys and it had become lodged inside his stomach. Without the surgery, he would surely die.
The customer was moved by Christina’s tale, and he could tell that she was working hard in order to provide for herself and her pets, so he decided to help her out.
When she checked the receipt for the customer’s bar tab, Christina noticed that he’d left a $1,000 tip!
She asked him why he’d given her so much money, and he told her to use it to help Tucker get better.
This is a great story and it’s always wonderful to see random acts of kindness and generosity like this one.
