After Her Husband's Mistress Called Her a ‘Cow’, This Woman Got Her Revenge in the Best Way

The incident inspired her to transform herself completely!

This woman entirely transformed herself after receiving horrible insults, and is now living better for it!

Betsy Ayala, a Texas mom, had been struggling with weight for years. After having her daughter, she began suffering from postpartum depression, which just made her eating issues worse.

Ashe began self-medicating through eating, which began her cycle of overeating resulting in her weight topping at 261 pounds. One day she discovered her husband’s affair with his co-worker, only 6 months since the birth of their daughter.

“I had been with him since I was 17 and pretty much devoted my life to our relationship and him,” Betsy said to Caters.

To make the situation even worse, Ashe discovered messaged on Facebook between her husband and the mistress in which they referred to her as “fat” and a “cow”.

“I was devastated. I found out through some messages I read on his Facebook where they were calling me a cow and a fat f*** and just trashing me, and my whole world fell apart,” she stated.

She thought it was odd that her husband of years never once criticized her or her appearance. He even went so far as to allow and encourage the habits that resulted in her weight gain.

“He would always tell me I looked fine or would try to get me to eat junk all the time, which is why I was so devastated when I read those messages because it was almost like he enabled me or wanted me to stay that way,” she recalled.

Little did she know at the time, her husband’s insults and scandal was just the right medicine to make her take a look at her life and finally make a change. With help from her sibling, Ashe started Zumba classes three days a week. After dipping her toe into the water, she gradually moved up to running, weightlifting, and more, 6 days a week. She even adopted a different, high-protein died to help shed the weight.

After her effort and hard work, she lost a whopping Betsy 105 pounds (as well as the baggage that came from having such a crappy husband).

“Now I honestly feel that what he did was a blessing because otherwise I would have been the way I was forever,” she says. “It took me a while to get to that place of forgiveness, but what he did was about him and not me.”

What a transformation ! You go, girl!
